Our Approach

We know that information is everywhere, but insight is not. Our philosophy is to match information with creativity and vision to develop the best solutions for our clients' needs.

One of our strengths is our breadth of experience with different organizations. Our staff works as a team in an environment that allows us to draw on our collective expertise in Alaska public policy, public health, housing, education, economics, public finance, facilitation and organizational development.

We never use a cookie cutter approach. Our experience allows us to design a project or process to reach the client's unique objectives. Because of our commitment and ability to meeting each client's situation, a high proportion of our clients are repeat customers.

Being a family friendly workplace is a key component of corporate culture. In 2005, we were awarded a "Family Friendly Workplace Award" by the Fairbanks North Star Borough Early Childhood Development Commission.
